All products are subject to availability.

Service

Your order is important to us, and will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible (usually between 3-4 days). Delivery times may vary due to holidays and busy periods.

Delivery

All parcels will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery (signature required), Special Delivery, or for heavier items, Courier Service. Please ensure you give us a valid postal address so that parcels are not returned to us. Items returned as undeliverable will be charged the full cost to re-send. We can only mail to UK addresses.

Payment

All our prices are inclusive of VAT and postage and packing, but exclude Recorded Delivery insurance costs. We reserve the right to amend prices.

Payment is made through secure e-commerce site at Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account. When you have finished shopping click the View Basket button and follow the on-screen prompts. There is no extra charge to pay this way. If you prefer you may download our order form from the order form page, fax or post it to us along with a cheque. Please remember to add the Recorded Delivery charge.

Returns and Cancelling Orders

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving the goods, and your payment will be refunded. If you wish to return goods within the seven day cooling off period you MUST inform us in writing (post or e-mail) and get our authorisation to return them. We are not legally bound to accept goods which are returned after seven days. Returned items must be unopened and in good condition.

Unwanted / Unsuitable Products

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will either replace the product or make a refund. Returned items must be in original packaging and in an unused condition. Items will not be refunded without proof of purchase. You will pay the return postage on the unsuitable product and the full cost of postage & packaging if any replacement products are sent. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items / Our Mistakes

Please e-mail us if you have received any damaged, faulty or incorrect products. We will do our best to rectify the situation to our mutual satisfaction.

Descriptions

All sizes and measurements are approximate. Some items are sold by weight. These may contain more or less when counted. We cannot guarantee that all items in the pack will be 100% perfect. (i.e. Headpins and Eyepins are not always dead straight!).

Item finishes are described as either:

•Sterling Silver.

•Sterling Silver over Pewter (Plated with Sterling Silver).

•22 Carat Gold over Pewter (Plated with 22 Carat Gold).

Other items are described as:

•Silver Plated, Gold Plated or Black. This relates solely to the colour of the finish.

Back Orders / Add To Orders

Back Orders and Add To Orders are not available when ordering through the online shop.

Due to the vagaries of digital photography, and variations in computer screen resolution, all colours must be regarded as approximate. Colours may also vary between batches, or in batches, and may fade if exposed to water or direct sunlight.
